has just been recently established in Nigeria urgently requires competent,
brilliant and result oriented individuals to fill the position below:
SITE SUPERVISOR
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the day to day operations of building sites,
including leading and managing foremen, skilled/unskilled labour and
future/current homeowners on specific construction tasks.
Accomplishes construction project results by defining
project purpose and scope; calculating resources required; allocating
resources; scheduling and coordinating staff and sub-contractors; evaluating
milestone assumptions and conclusions; resolving design problems; evaluating
and implementing change orders.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for
accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value
to job accomplishments.
Establish & maintain high staff morale, model sound
leadership and teamwork.
Manage tool and materials inventory for each project.
Ensures proper documentation and records of raw material
usage. Accounting for all unused materials.
Establish credibility
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
HND/BSc in Civil/Building Engineering with a minimum 7 years
of experience with at least 5 years of experience on related field as a Project
Team Lead - Civil for Industrial, commercial
and residential buildings.
Competent in reading and understanding specifications,
drawings, and all other discipline related project and engineering
documentation.
Familiar with and enforces strict compliance with all QA/QC
and safety procedures, plus all company rules and regulations.
A dynamic leader, motivated and able to motivate others,
with good communication and interpersonal skill.
A positive attitude and willingness to equip and encourage
co-workers
Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, PowerPoint and other
construction software
Ability to mediate disputes using the win-win philosophy
Ability to organize time, material, and labor
Ability to multitask and supervise numerous crews handling a
variety of tasks
SENIOR SALES ENGINEER
Reports to: General Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain thorough knowledge of industrial goods, structure,
trends, and issues to ensure full discovery and understanding of customer’s
primary business goals, operations, challenges, and requirements.
Cultivate effective business relationships and communicate
full scope of Chrisstahl Nig. Ltd. engineering solutions and services to
achieve company sales objectives, including sales volume and market share.
Monitor account plan progress, including market conditions,
and competitive activities; provide progress and execution update&
Collaborate with sales team to understand customer
requirements, to promote the sales arid to provide sales support
Prepares commercial policy with GM and implements commercial
policy accordingly
Able to travel throughout Nigeria (sales territory) to meet
client, explore new ones.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must be a Mechanical or Chemical Engineer with a
minimum of 8 years cognate sales experience.
Ability to identify customer needs, effectively communicate
solutions, and position Chrisatahi Nig. Ltd as provider of choice,
Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track
of securing sales of wide range/complex engineering solutions and services
(Pipes, Valves, and Fittings etc.) to top level management of a corporate
institutions.
Effective sales negotiation and closing techniques.
Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills,
entrepreneurial spirit, technical expertise, be a self-starter and value opportunity
of joining a new high potential venture.
Valid driver’s license.
