BUILDING SYSTEM SPECIALISTS
JOB DESCRIPTION
Telephone support and solutions for clients
using multiple Energy Management Systems (EMS) interfaces.
Troubleshoot incoming service requests and
alarms and deciding appropriate actions to resolve the issues.
Perform audits of facilities and report on
recommendations for optimizing energy use, asset efficiency, and problem
resolution
Direct third party on-site personnel supporting
the Technician’s troubleshooting process.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
Demonstrable math and computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft
Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Working knowledge of business operations.
INVENTORY OFFICER
JOB DESCRIPTION
To maintain record of receipts as well as
issuance of items that are going out of the warehouse so as to ensure accuracy
and completeness
To be involved in reconciliation of physical
stock with the stock in the system
To oversee that the arrangement of goods has
been done in an orderly system within the stock location system Similarly, he/she ensures that the stocks
stay physically protected in the warehouse
To undertake the function of stock taking and
confirm the periodic stock on a regular basis
To supervise the offloading process, the
subsequent arrangement of merchandise, material, etc., and consignment so that
it can be accessed and identified easily
To ensure the correct and timely valuation of
the inventory and to be involved in directing and managing procedures related
to offloading, packing and unpacking
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree required
3-5 years experience needed.
Strong leadership skills
Effective use of the computer
Good decision making skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Good analytical and organizational skills
needed.
Experience in project management an added
advantage.
Good administrative work with good planning and

BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
Document existing business processes, process
workflow diagrams, and all other supporting documentation
Establish and communicate priorities to all
stakeholders
Leverage business analytics data to monitor
processes and systems development for improvement
Engage documentation and training resources to
enable organizational learning on finalized processes
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science in Management Information
Systems or equivalent experience
Must possess a minimum of 7+ years experience
with process design and business analysis in Enterprise Support,
Product development and Cloud Operations environments
Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL best practices,
preferably ITIL v3
Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile Development
and SCRUM methodology
Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL)
and Programming Language/Structured Query Language (PL/SQL)
