Ebola Project Manager & Project Coordinator
PROJECT MANAGER
The Project Manager will manage and coordinate Ebola Emergency
Response activities in the assigned country.
TASKS INCLUDE:
Assist Emergency Operations Center and Government to
determine additional staffing support needs
Develop job descriptions, hire staff, evaluate staff
performance in operational roles
Set-up local infrastructure to manage HR and finances
Assist in the creation and management of the Emergency
Operations Centers (national and sub-national)
Determine solutions to communication and internet issues
between national and sub-national facilities
Manage data collection strategies and systems surrounding
ebola
Assess data collection needs and propose solutions
Develop partner landscape mapping and develop communication
sharing procedures between partners
Provide logistics support for bringing in technology
equipment, medical equipment, and prefab buildings into the country
Procurement of necessary items and equipment.
Provide asset management and tracking tools as well as fleet
management systems
Provide any additional support needed to contain the Ebola
outbreak
PROJECT COORDINATOR
The Project Coordinator will manage and coordinate Ebola
