RESOURCING OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for sourcing of suitable applicant for security guard position.

Interviewing and assessing prospective applicant and matching them.

Drawing up and follow up short-lists applicants for training.

The person must know the in and out of Lagos.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of OND in any related course.

Minimum of 2years work experience.

Good interpersonal skills.

Strong oral communication and writing skills.

Analytical skills.

Problem-solving skills.

Must be able to ride a bike.

IT skills.

Preferably a male.
